抛光硬质合金类材料磨具
特点：加工效率高   由于采用了专用高强度、高弹性結合剂，与金刚石、立方氮化硼（CBN）磨料結合性强，可随添加剂调整弹性，兼顾加工时的拋光及切削性。在研磨过程中磨屑容易排除，磨削阻力均匀，发热少，不会引起堵塞，且具适当的自锐性，保持最佳研磨抛光效率，研磨后表面均匀一致，表面美观，加工面光洁度好。采用铝合金基材，重量比铁基材轻60%以上，减少机台马力消耗，提高抛光效果。

Characteristic:

High working efficiency.  Because of the mixing of high strength and flexible bond with diamond and CBN, the flexibility of the wheel can be adjusted through controlling the dosage of additive. Because using aluminum matrix instead of the steel material, the weight is decreased of 60%.  The polishing efficiency is greatly enhanced.

High stability.  Proper cut and adjustment make the wheel has more stable working efficiency at the beginning.

Optimal design. Different shape, channel numbers and space between are prepared at the request of user.
